David is a new addition to our clinical negligence team. David gained a law degree at Hull University before completing the Legal Practice Course at York College of Law. David qualified as a Solicitor in 2005 after acting for Claimants in occupational disease cases. Since qualifying David has specialised in complex and high value personal injury claims as well as clinical negligence claims and has represented Claimant’s in a wide variety of cases including brain injury claims, spinal injury claims, birth injury claims and abuse claims.

David lives in York and enjoys playing football and rugby and walking his dog. David is a prominent member of Headway York, the local group of Headway the Brain Injury Association and is currently the Secretary.
