Richard qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and, since then, has acted only for patients and their families in clinical negligence claims.

He has extensive experience of all types of clinical negligence case and has a particular interest in cases concerning birth injuries, neurosurgery and orthopaedic surgery, and those cases involving very complex medical issues.

He has dealt with many high value cases, for adults and children, involving the detailed assessment of a client’s long-term future needs. He has also dealt with a number of complex and high profile Inquests.

Richard is a member of the Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Panel.
