A former contestant of the television programme the Apprentice is suing a recycling company after he was injured by one of its lorries.
Nicholas De Lacy-Brown was walking in London when a lorry being driven by Sylwester Wierzbowski for TGM Environmental reversed close to him and hit a wall.
The wall then collapsed onto Mr De Lacy-Brown, breaking his right leg and pinning him down.
He has now launched a compensation claim against the firm and the driver and is seeking between £50,000 and £100,000 for the pain and loss of earnings.
TGM Environmental and Mr Wierzbowski have both admitted liability.
Graeme Coombs, managing director of the company, said: "We never set out in business to do anyone any harm and the fact we did in this instance is truly regrettable."
If a person wishes to make a claim for personal injury, they must do so within three years of the incident in accordance with the legal requirements.

A young girl who was hurt when she crashed into a lifeguard has received a compensation payout for the injuries she sustained.
Meredith Glennon, 13, was on a day out at the Sandcastle Water Park in Blackpool in November 2007 when she came down the Sidewinder ride, the Manchester Evening News reports.
However, an attendant who thought the ride had closed for the day was at the bottom and Meredith crashed into him, causing concussion.
The park accepted responsibility for the accident and Meredith has now been paid an undisclosed sum of compensation
John Child, managing director of the park, said: "The person in question was given a final written warning and was very apologetic. We accepted liability straight away and are sorry that this happened."
Anyone injured in an accident at a theme park may be eligible to claim compensation if it can be proven that the owners or operators were at fault.

A company in County Durham has banned its employees from using mobile phones while they are at the wheel.
Workers at the 3M manufacturing plant in Newton Aycliffe have been told they cannot use mobiles, or even hands-free devices, while using their cars for business.
The company has been running a child safety road campaign since 2005, which has involved the distribution of 95,000 high visibility vests to young people in a bid to reduce the number of accidents on roads in the area.
Doug Mitchell, 3M’s managing director, said there is compelling evidence that using mobiles while driving impairs a motorist’s performance.
Katie Shephard, fundraising manager for the road safety charity Brake, agreed: "Research has shown that it is the phone conversation that distracts and kills, regardless of whether a hands-free kit is used or not."
She added: "We hope other companies will follow 3M’s lead and introduce this ban as part of their health and safety policy."

One-third of all foreign lorries driving around the UK do not meet British roadworthiness standards, it has been claimed.
According to car insurer LV=, one in every seven lorries on UK roads is from overseas (an increase of 33 per cent since 2001) and is expected to increase by a further 18 per cent in the next five years.
Most of the accidents involving lorries occur on motorways and are often as a result of left-hand drive heavy goods vehicles (HGV) with a blind spot on the right.
John O’Roarke, managing director of the LV= general insurance, commented: "Not only is being involved in an accident with a lorry frightening but it can also be very costly and time consuming, as your insurer may have trouble tracing and communicating with the insurer of the vehicle."
A crash involving several HGVs recently caused "mayhem" on the M1, reports Harborough Mail.
